- Create your dream Mini or Midi Skirt using our Core Skirt sewing pattern
- Learn the basics of sewing (if you’re new) and different ways to construct the garment including with or without an overlocker
- Be guided through making the garment
- Take home the sewing pattern so you can make it again and again

- Johnnyland Studio, Mooball NSW (30 minutes from Byron bay & 30 minutes from Coolangatta)

What you need to bring
- Sewing machine
- Bobbin & thread (or you can choose from my selection of colours)
- Fabric
Fabric details:
- Mini Skirts = 0.5 metres
- Midi Skirt = 0.7 metres
- The width of the fabric must be at least 136cm total (68cm wide for front, and 68cm wide for back). If you are upcycling garments check that your fabric is wide and long enough.
- You may even be able to make two skirts, so depending on your skill level you might want to bring enough fabric for two skirts.

- Elastic & thread (selection of colours, or you can chose your own)
- A selection of trims like binding and lace
- The use of sewing tools like overlocker, iron, snips, unpicks, scissors, fabric markers, etc.
- Take home the sewing pattern with any alterations we have made together to make it a right fit for you
